The Business Analyst plays an essentialrole on our client engagement teams. The role offers tremendous exposure to theworld s leading asset and wealth management firms.

Casey Quirk by Deloitte is the largestmanagement consulting practice dedicated to advising investment and wealthmanagers on business strategy. CaseyQuirk s global practice includes professionals in New York, Connecticut, HongKong and Germany
The Business Analyst role is co-located in New York, NY and DarienCT. The candidate will be required totravel between offices on occasion.
Work you ll do
The Business Analyst will play an important role on strategicconsulting engagements and will:
Conduct industryresearch on the competitive landscape including firms, products, buyers and industrytrends within the asset and wealth management industry
- PS..0 ->Perform quantitativeanalysis and build financial models for client projects
Develop quantitativeand qualitative outputs in PowerPoint to support strategic recommendations
- PS..1 ->Assist with CaseyQuirk s thought leadership efforts and whitepaper productions
Participate inongoing Casey Quirk professional development initiatives to better understandthe industry
- PS..2 ->Collaborate withyour colleagues and help train new talent
Help clientsunderstand and react to the evolving global investment management environment
- PS..3 ->Undergraduatedegree with a focus in economics, engineering, finance or accounting preferred
Outstandingacademic achievement and demonstrated leadership
- PS..4 ->An interest inconsulting and/or investment management
Strongquantitative and analytical skills
- PS..5 ->Ability to buildExcel-based financial and operating models a plus
Excellent writtenand verbal communication
- PS..6 ->Stronginterpersonal and influencing skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
