Regulatory Department ensures that Zotos meets and follows all legal and regulatory requirements necessary to conduct business.
What we offer Responsible for daily activities of regulatory compliance for Custom Labs and Zotos/Joico projects.
These include generating all the necessary Regulatory Forms, requested by Custom Labs and Zotos/Joico Customers and/or Ingredient Listings, Quantitative Formulas, Product Information Packages, Canadian Notification Forms, Alcohol Permits, Material Safety Data Sheets.
Assist in gathering, organizing and delivering Regulatory Information to Zotos Clientele, working closely with Custom Labs Executives, R&D Chemists, Creative Department and Marketing.
Complete necessary government agency forms (Food and Drug Administration, Connecticut EPA, OSHA, Alcohol and Tobacco Laboratory, etc.
) as required on a timely basis.
Proofread outgoing Regulatory Information and Artwork for technical accuracy.
Responsible for liaison with vendors and PCPC officials to determine ingredient nomenclature and contact with formulators, Custom Labs, Salon Information Center, Creative and International Departments at each stage of Regulatory Compliance.

Provide detailed monthly reports.
Handle special projects as assigned.
BS or BA Chemistry or related field.
Must have excellent computer skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
