ThinkTPG is looking for a Product Manager to manage the digital product development process and follow best practices from user experience, data visualization through analytics for a firm in the Darien, CT area.
Develop user research process to best understand client needs, set a development roadmap, lead UX design initiatives, assess and optimize the performance of existing assets and current delivery practices, advocate features required to enhance experiences and drive further engagement in the platform for both desktop and mobile.
Manage product process for UX including: user personas, workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Visualize user experience and translate that vision into an executable design deliverable.
Solicit feedback from end-user interactions and set expectations appropriately for clients.
Work with internal product teams to ensure new features don't distract from the core vision of the product.
Compile user research to guide further development of the platform to benefit users.
Conceptualize and frame product releases to manage complex long term goals.
Tools: Product management, analytics and ad tech platforms: Agile, Jira, Aha!, inVision, and Google Analytics.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
