Our client, a global leader in the financial industry is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant for Darien, CT Key
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Office of the Co-Presidents At the direction of the Senior Administrative Manager (SAM), manage the co-president calendar.
Collate and present meeting requests accurately to the SAM for approval, including escalating urgent requests Ensure necessary participations have been invited and accepted Set up zoom calls as needed Answer telephones and respond to email messages, giving appropriate information to callers or route call to designated official Working with other staff members in the Office of the Co- President(s) to arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas Scheduling domestic and international business travel with the ability to anticipate problems; coordinate hotels/meetings/meals Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matter expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on items to successful completion, often with deadline pressures Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality Perform other related duties as assigned or requested Accountability Problem Solving Delivery Time Management Technical Skills Communication Communication & Listening Relationship Development Collaboration Leadership Respectful & Inclusive Innovation Persuasiveness Corporate Stewardship Promote Environment of Integrity & Ethics (Compliance) Proactive Communicating Potential Issues (Risk) Understanding of Firm's Policies & Procedures (Corporate Citizen)About the Company:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
