Darien CT Imagineers is a well-respected property management company with offices in Hartford and Seymour and we provide property management services for rental properties in the Darien area.
We are seeking a full time, 40 hrs/wk Rental Maintenance Technician to join our team.
This position will work between two rental properties, 161 units total, in the Darien area.
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a detail-oriented person with a strong work ethic, a drive to get things done and the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Perform turnover of apartments including cleaning, painting, and other repairs.
Custodial responsibilities and upkeep including cleaning, moping, etc in common areasComplete repair work ordersPerform routine preventative maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessaryLight snow removal and lawn maintenance/mowing, equipment provided
Qualifications:
Painting skillsPrevious experience in maintenance or other related fieldsFamiliarity with maintenance tools and equipmentGeneral knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electric and construction workAbility to handle physical workloadEmergency on-call responsibility after hours About the Company:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
