Your responsibilities as an Exercise Physiologist will include providing health education, optimal health coaching, and designing exercise plans to improve key health indicators.
You will also implement fitness and wellness programs that have a lasting and positive impact on our clients.
Monitoring and documenting client participation in sessions and promoting the Performance Optimal Health model will be part of your role as well.

Key
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the physical therapy and wellness team to maximize the benefits of the Performance Optimal Health modelDevelop programs and interventions to reduce the number of injuries and aid in faster recoveryProvide personal training services to our clientsAdminister optimal health assessments and provide health coaching emphasizing the integration of the Four Pillars of Optimal HealthUtilize technology for remote health monitoring and data aggregationProvide benchmark physiological information to enable long-term athletic developmentEnsure the delivery of quality services and outcomes to meet or exceed our clients' expectationsExhibit courtesy, compassion, and respect to clients, care givers, and colleaguesAdminister exercise stress tests in the Performance Optimal Health populationParticipate in quality improvement activitiesAssist with other duties as neededRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology/Exercise ScienceMinimum one year experience in direct client/patient careCPR/First Aid/AED CertificationClinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) Certification or RCEP (Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist)NSCA Certified Special Population Specialist (CSPS) a PLUSHealth Coaching Certification a PLUSDemonstrate leadership within a team, communication, and work well with othersThe ability to prioritize, balance conflicting demands and meet deadlinesAbility to motivate clients to meet their goalsDemonstrate strong communication skillsDemonstrate professionalism and strong customer serviceAble to problem solve and use critical thinking skills within a dynamic settingBenefitsCompetitive Rate of PayMedical/Dental/Vision401KGrowth potential within the organization.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
